Refunds

Please be aware of our Free 7-day Trial Policy. Unfortunately, refunds or exchanges cannot be provided if more than 7 days have passed since your order was delivered.

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. We do not process exchanges for items returned after the seven-day period or those showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging.

Shipping returns

Note: We do not issue refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, which typically range from 75 to 100 Rs., in the event that you decide to return a product. Thank you for your understanding.
